RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Hair Trends India. We value your satisfaction and want you to have confidence when purchasing from us. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as hair extensions, wigs, brushes, and opened cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once used or unsealed.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Services (such as salon bookings or treatments) once completed


3. Return Process

If your item meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@hairtrendsindia.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, a brief reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective).

  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping address and instructions.

  4. Ship the product back in its original condition.

  5. After inspection, we’ll process your refund or replacement.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (or via store credit if applicable).

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, or handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong product).


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may proceed with a return after delivery (if eligible).


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@hairtrendsindia.com with supporting images or videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
