SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Hair Trends India. We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We deliver across India through reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and India Post.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 5–8 business days

  • Remote or Rural Locations: 8–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹99 for orders below ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): May include an additional handling charge of ₹50.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can use this ID to track your shipment on our courier partner’s website or on our Order Tracking page.


5. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
(If you plan to enable global shipping later, this can be updated.)


6. Delays or Delivery Issues

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but occasionally, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable contact number

  • Natural disasters or regional lockdowns

If your order is delayed or undelivered beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@hairtrendsindia.com with your order ID.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with:

  1. Please do not accept the parcel and notify the delivery agent.

  2. Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged parcel at info@hairtrendsindia.com.
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
